Cooking Course with the Chef who will provide all the recipes in a practical pantry. We will talk about: oil from the various Italian regions, pasta, chocolate and the techniques of
professional cuisine but can be made at home. Simple dishes but with personalized effect based on tastes and season. The recipes prepared will be served at the end of the activity.
